Lost your phone, replaced your phone or are having multifactor authentication problems?
When you established Multifactor Authentication (MFA) protection on your CountAbout account, using Google Authenticator, you were asked to set your own secret question and answer. If you lost your phone, had your phone replaced or for some reason Google Authenticator isn't working, then CountAbout support can use your secret question and answer to remove MFA from your account.
Please send an email to email@example.com with the subject line "MFA Removal." We will respond with your secret question, and once you respond with the correct answer we will remove MFA from your account.
